Overview

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving end-to-end continuous improvement across the entire APM Terminals Mexico gateway organization, enabling robust, sustainable improvements in operational and support functions.

Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/MBB) or comparable certifications.
• Experience in high-variability environments like logistics or ports.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Analytical mindset and process logic across functions.
