Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office and Admin Specialist to become the central point of contact and administrative backbone of our Athens and Thessaloniki offices. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our daily business activities, requiring a blend of front-desk management, administrative support and facility coordination.

In Short

  • Manage reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team.
  • Coordinate internal events and meetings.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies and facilities.
  • Assist in budget preparation and vendor management.
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support as needed.
  • Act as the main contact for various office-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrate outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Office Management or Administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in a multinational corporate environment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to support various teams.
