• We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help build and develop the foundations for the data analytics practice at Mae.
• You will play a critical role in establishing and scaling our data processes and business intelligence systems.
• This position requires a deep understanding of data analysis and a strong technical background.
• Define and develop the metrics we use to measure our business performance.
• Become the authority on product usage, sales, and customer behavior data.
• Translate complex data into clear and compelling narratives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support other departments.
• Help shape the future team that will drive our data vision forward.
• Reduce the amount of time teams spend manually pulling data.
• Develop dashboards and analyses that enable the team to hit their targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a product-focused environment.
• Strong user empathy and ability to translate issues into solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and capability to uncover hidden insights.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL and experience with advanced analytics tools.
• Expertise in building and maintaining dashboards using standard BI tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Experience working with healthcare data sets is a plus.
