Solar Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Solar Project Manager will oversee a large portfolio of commercial solar sites, ensuring performance, safety, and efficient operations while managing relationships with vendors, customers, and stakeholders.

In Short

• Manage 150–300 commercial solar sites.
• Achieve 100% controllable Weather Adjusted Production.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with OSHA/NFPA70E standards.
• Maintain budget for maintenance spend.
• Conduct site visits and oversee major site remediations.
• Act as a point of contact for tenants and site contacts.
• Review preventative maintenance reports.
• Track warranties and site history.
• Approve invoices and manage data in Salesforce.
• Be on-call for emergencies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical experience with C&I solar components.
• 4+ years of solar project management experience.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and diagnose issues.
• Experience with electrical testing methods.
• Strong understanding of site safety protocols.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and Slack.
• Live in-region with knowledge of local regulations.
• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
