Project Manager - Remote

Overview

WorkWave is seeking an experienced Professional Services Project Manager with a proven track record of successful project implementations of Time & Attendance, Contract Management, Payroll & Finance software.

In Short

• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers.
• Define or analyze the project scope, impact, resources, and outcomes.
• Develop project plans and schedule activities.
• Assign work and delegate responsibilities to the project team.
• Ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
• Communicate project progress and outcomes effectively.
• Deal with emerging risks and issues promptly.
• Maintain and control project documentation.
• Close projects for revenue recognition and review lessons learned.
• Prepare project status updates for customers and management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in IT (software) & SAAS projects.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
• Successful delivery of projects on budget and on time.
• High-level communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in commercial decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Projects, Smartsheets, MS Office, G-Suite).
