Pharmacy Scheduler - Remote

Overview

The Pharmacy Scheduler will coordinate the pharmacy relief schedule for MacQuarries Pharmasave Group, which has 16 stores across Mainland Nova Scotia. This role can be performed remotely with some required travel to locations.

In Short

• Coordinate with Pharmacy Managers and Operations Managers to cover open shifts.
• Communicate with internal and external relief for scheduling needs.
• Regularly update pharmacists about high priority and longer-term shifts.
• Run various reports in the HRIS system related to time and attendance.
• Review vacation requests for pharmacists based on relief coverage capacity.

Requirements

• Experience in scheduling, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules.
• Effective communication skills, using innovative methods.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks across various locations.
