Overview

As a Partner & Community Manager, you will be the face of our partner network, focusing on building relationships, acquiring new partners, and shaping the future of our MarTech stack.

In Short

  • Identify and acquire new partners from outreach to collaboration.
  • Deliver compelling value pitches to demonstrate ROI.
  • Build authentic relationships with partners.
  • Develop existing partnerships through co-marketing campaigns.
  • Be the trusted contact for partners, showing genuine interest.
  • Create enablement materials to assist agencies.
  • Gather market feedback for product development.
  • Engage with the E-Com & Marketing community both online and offline.
  • Organize community events and initiatives.
  • Take ownership of your objectives and measure success in MRR.

Requirements

  • E-Commerce or Performance Marketing background.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to close deals with a partnership mindset.
  • Self-organization skills.
  • Fluency in German and Business-level English.
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS Sales or Partner Management.
