Qualitative Project Director - Remote

Overview

The mission of the Project Director is to successfully manage and deliver international Market Research projects, providing excellent client service and achieving project financial goals, demonstrating superior level of knowledge and expertise in project management and fieldwork, with strong focus on healthcare and ability to handle projects of high complexity.

• Manage international market research projects through entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure client satisfaction and project financial goals are met.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings and manage project specifications.
• Oversee programming, translations, and testing to meet quality standards.
• Deliver timely and high-quality client updates and project analysis.
• Support the training and management of Junior Project Managers.
• Ensure compliance with M3’s operating and sampling procedures.
• Manage relationships with vendors for accurate and timely deliverables.
• Partner with Sales and Client Service teams to improve performance.
• Support execution of client service improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects accurately and on-time.
