Project Director - Remote

Overview

The Project Director will oversee quality improvement projects and lead research initiatives for the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center, fostering partnerships and guiding project teams.

• Direct and lead quality improvement projects as a Principal Investigator.
• Design and implement research initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with project sponsors and partners.
• Guide project teams including managers, researchers, and consultants.
• Provide professional development and coaching to team members.

• Supervise project management staff.
• Serve on the GRC Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising project management staff preferred.
• Training in research and evaluation methodology preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health and/or maternal and child health preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check required.
• Pre-employment physical including a drug screen may be required.
• Eight to twelve years of relevant experience preferred.
