The Panel Marketing Team Lead coordinates panel marketing campaigns focused on panel growth, engagement, and retention across all centralised panels and key markets.

In Short

• Mentor and support the Panel Marketing delivery team.
• Provide support to new team members during their onboarding trainings.
• Take ownership of ad hoc projects and new initiatives.
• Coordinate with Strategy team for cohesive campaign planning.
• Brief and collaborate with design, content, digital, and analytics teams.
• Oversee branding and messaging consistency across all campaigns.
• Implement process improvements and marketing automation.
• Approve final campaigns and ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor campaign analytics and recommend optimizations.
• Manage campaign budgets and liaise with the Manager for approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing, including team leadership experience.
• Fluent English; second language an advantage.
• SaaS/email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Data analysis and campaign reporting.
• Project management tools and workflow automation.
• Microsoft Excel for analytics and reporting.
• Google Analytics and/or data visualization tools a plus.
