Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Product Director.

In Short

• Develop and launch new Locum VMS and inhouse float pool system from ground up
• Collect and analyze inputs and feedback from PracticeMatch customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
• Build and maintain product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
• Define KPIs for initiatives and manage and report on performance
• Break down initiatives to MVPs, write stories, and ensure clarity across teams
• Ensure timely delivery of initiatives
• Oversee user acceptance testing and lead launch planning
• Coach product managers on best practices
• Assist in translating business needs into product roadmap
• Help set expectations among project scope, priority, and delivery timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business-related discipline
• 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Producer in healthcare
• Able to drive a product feature from initiation through to launch
• Experience with agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban)
• Previous work as a Scrum Master is preferred
• Highly proficient at requirements definition and writing user stories
• Proven ability to improve processes and workflows
• Experience with agile tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
• Data driven, familiar with Google Analytics
• Exceptional communication skills
