Overview

This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with clients to deliver marketing services.

In Short

• Join the media team to support media planning and buying.
• Assist in implementing multi-channel campaigns for pharmaceutical clients.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth media plan execution.
• Monitor campaigns and maintain day-to-day contact with external companies.
• Source media information from suppliers and prepare campaign reports.

Requirements

• Highly organized self-starter with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in workflow organization and multi-tasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
