Expert Network Project Manager (Multi-lingual) - Remote

Overview

The mission of the Expert Network Project Manager is to be a communication and relationship liaison between M3, our clients, and other teams involved in the project’s completion. The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring excellent client service and delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Manage international market research projects through entire project lifecycle.

• Coordinate project kick-off meetings and ensure all parties understand project specifications.
• Oversee fieldwork management and deliver timely updates to clients.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for accurate and timely deliverables.
• Support client service improvement plans across allocated accounts.
• Comply with M3’s operating procedures and ISO Accreditation standards.
• Manage project budgets and achieve financial goals.
• Provide agreed deliverables to clients within expected timelines.
• Ensure positive project experiences for market research participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects accurately and on time.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
