Overview

The Custom Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for optimizing recruitment solutions to ensure successful delivery of qualitative and quantitative projects for Med Planet.

• Design and execute multichannel recruitment methodologies.
• Attend project-related meetings and share notes.
• Call and confirm respondents for qualitative projects.
• Monitor project performance and ensure timely execution.
• Provide high-quality support to respondents.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment.
• Analyze recruitment tactics for improvement.
• Work across multiple systems for inquiries and complaints.
• Complete panel building activities as needed.
• Proactively plan and organize project recruitment solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare market research recruitment (desirable).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Basic math skills for calculating response rates.
• Interest in or experience within the healthcare field.
• Strong critical thinking and initiative.
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
