Associate Director, Quantitative Research - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director will manage and oversee a Client service Team, coaching and mentoring staff while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage and mentor team members, monitoring KPIs and workload distribution.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the operations team.
• Manage project escalations to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Collaborate with senior management to enhance processes and systems.
• Monitor productivity and quality of data collection.
• Oversee billing processes and ensure project profitability.
• Support development of best practices for client service.
• Execute client service improvement plans across accounts.
• Oversee training for new and current team members.
• Approve annual leave and expense reports for direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Market Research.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in healthcare-focused Market Research preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year managing employees preferred.
• Experience with complex market research projects preferred.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
