Overview

Lyra is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Operations Lead to spearhead the launch and scaling of our new virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP). You will be responsible for building the operational backbone of this pilot program in California, with a vision to scale it nationally.

• Develop and implement core operational workflows for the vIOP pilot.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital health operations or management consulting.
• Proven track record of building complex programs.

• A highly organized self-starter in ambiguous environments.
