Mental Health Therapist - Telehealth (Unrestricted License) - Remote

In Short

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video.
• Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs.
• Assign digital lessons and assessments to clients.
• Participate in peer group consultations and quality assurance reviews.
• Access expert consultation for complex cases.
• Work remotely within the US.
• Full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week.
• Must have an unrestricted license to practice.
• Experience in telehealth therapy preferred.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• Unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services preferred.
• Computer and video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets).
• Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload.
• Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Full-time resident of the United States.
