Web Marketing Leader - Remote

Overview

As the Web Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of our corporate website, from production and design, to backend development, to managing the underlying CMS and technology stack.

In Short

• Manage and evolve Lumos' website to represent the brand and support business priorities.
• Track and analyze web traffic metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute A/B tests and growth experiments for optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with executive leadership, product, and sales teams.
• Hire and mentor future team members as the company scales.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Implement marketing automation and CRM integrations.
• Maintain a web roadmap to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Manage a trusted bench of agencies and contractors.
• Collaborate effectively across departments.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of website management and UX/UI principles.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Expertise in Google Analytics and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Growth-hacking mindset with a passion for optimization.
• Leadership experience with potential to grow a team.
