Chief of Staff - Remote

Overview

As the CEO’s Chief of Staff, you will be a pivotal force in driving the execution of our company strategy. You will partner closely with leadership across the organization to streamline operations, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure we remain aligned and focused on our most critical goals.

In Short

• Oversee Annual Planning, Quarterly OKRs, and Weekly Leadership Meetings.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights for strategic decision-making.
• Represent the CEO’s perspective in conversations and meetings.
• Identify and address bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead high-priority initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Drive measurable business value through prioritized initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
• Support leadership in staying aligned and focused.
• Amplify the CEO’s voice across the organization.
• Work onsite in the San Francisco office.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a scaling tech company in a Product, Strategy, or Business Operations role.
• 3+ years at a top-tier management consulting or venture capital firm.
• Experience as a former Founder or early employee in a startup.
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to represent executive perspectives.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
