In Short

• Build a strong learning culture by partnering with business leaders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years in a Learning & Development role.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and consultation skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Learning Management Systems.
• Skilled in digital collaboration and learning platforms.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian is required.
