Overview

The Learning Experience Partner will manage and facilitate the training needed for all new employees, focusing on the retail department and including various roles across the organization.

In Short

  • Facilitate teller and new employee training.
  • Organize schedules for new employees and coordinate training guests.
  • Provide a positive onboarding experience.
  • Ensure consistency in training policies and procedures.
  • Create and deliver training content in-person and virtually.
  • Evaluate and implement new training ideas and programs.
  • Coach Subject Matter Experts for effective training support.
  • Coordinate security training across the organization.
  • Support cultural and engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate various training classes as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a bank or credit union.
  • Experience as a teller preferred.
  • 2+ years of training or facilitation experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Communication, or Finance recommended.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and social skills.
  • Public speaking comfort.
  • Knowledge of adult learning concepts.
  • Ability to stay organized and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently with little direction.
