IAM Engineer (Identity & Access Management) - Remote

Overview

Join our team as an IAM Engineer (Identity & Access Management)! You will help engineer and run Luminor’s Identity & Access Management capabilities across hybrid environments, enabling secure access, improving resilience, and ensuring strong auditability and compliance.

In Short

• Implement and operate IAM solutions across the IAM stack.
• Engineer secure access controls using least privilege principles.
• Manage cloud identity controls in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Support application onboarding for SSO.
• Work with IGA capabilities to onboard/offboard applications.
• Operate and improve Active Directory fundamentals.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and API-driven integrations.
• Contribute to incident/change handling and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing and/or operating IAM.
• Core IAM knowledge: SSO, MFA, access governance concepts.
• Strong understanding of RBAC and ABAC models.
• Hands-on familiarity with authentication/authorization standards.
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Solid fundamentals in Active Directory.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python.
• Strong English communication skills.
