Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer - Remote

Overview

Looking for a skilled and proactive Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and scripting to manage and support multi-domain directory services, enforce security policies, and maintain compliance standards.

In Short

• Responsible for managing multi-domain directory services.
• Support and upgrade Microsoft Azure AD Connect.
• Manage Entra ID, users, groups, and conditional access policies.
• Experience with ADFS and federating applications using SAML, OAuth, OIDC.
• Write and modify PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Work with vulnerability management and compliance teams.
• Define and enforce security policies and user access controls.
• Troubleshoot IAM problems to resolution.
• Stay updated with IAM technologies and security vulnerabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow and user lifecycle processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management.
• Specialist knowledge in Entra ID and AD Connect.
• Operational windows support experience.
• Experience managing Active Directory and DNS applications.
• Ability to work individually and within teams.
• Familiarity with configuring log shipping and alert tuning.
