Overview

As a Daily Banking Growth Manager, you will be part of a team focused on driving growth in the Daily Banking segment for private customers, contributing to strategy, product development, and sales initiatives.

  • Support sales to achieve business goals in Daily banking.

  • Create cross-sale and up-sale strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in business development or project management.
  • Knowledge of daily banking products is a plus.
  • Ability to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English for Pan-Baltic communication.
