Private Banking Portfolio Manager - Remote

Overview

Provides support in the management of the credit portfolio within Private Banking, inclusive of risk grading, portfolio review, annual reviews, covenant monitoring, process improvement opportunities and related activities.

In Short

• Support the overall credit health of the Private Banking portfolio.
• Participate in working with Risk partners to define metrics around Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Work with Credit to define and refine the credit process for Private Banking.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in the credit process.
• Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards.
• Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Promote an environment that supports diversity.
• Maintain internal control standards.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ financial services experience.
• Credit training or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and well-organized.
• Experience handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Strong interpersonal skills for business partner relationships.
