VP of Data and AI - Remote

Overview

The VP of Data and AI will lead Lumata’s data-driven strategy and AI innovation, overseeing all aspects of data architecture, analytics, data science, governance and external data partnerships.

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive data strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields.
• History of building and managing high-performing data teams.
• Experience overseeing data strategy and governance in regulated environments.
• Proven experience with HIPAA and GDPR compliance.
• Strong background in database architectures and AI/ML.
• Adept at identifying revenue-generation and cost-optimization opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building partnerships across teams.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable with emerging technologies in AI/ML and data analytics.
