• Provide operational leadership for the Quality team.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a QA with 2+ years team leadership experience.
• Experience managing test environments.
• Prior experience with test automation frameworks.
• Experience in a SaaS or cloud-based product environment.
• Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement test frameworks.
• Experience in leading testing-related workshops.
• Salesforce administration and/or development knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts.
