Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer support.
  • Mandatory understanding of payroll system integrations.
  • Experience in payroll processing or HRIS support.
  • Ability to explain payroll processes and resolve inquiries.
  • Experience with ZenDesk and Salesforce is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with payroll cycles and reporting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot payroll system errors.
