The Legal and Tax Specialist plays a key role in tax management and the structuring of legal entities globally, overseeing legal matters related to multinational taxation, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, and contract negotiations.

In Short

• Develop and implement multinational taxation strategies, ensuring compliance and optimization of tax liabilities across different jurisdictions.
• Oversee and audit employment contracts, NDAs, and other legal documentation to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Advise on legal and tax matters, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Manage legal and tax considerations in multinational markets, ensuring full alignment with global compliance requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with marketing agencies, outsourcing partners, and third-party service providers.
• Stay up to date with evolving laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience (+3 years) in legal advisory roles.
• Law degree (Master's or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of multinational taxation strategies and compliance.
• Experience handling employment law, contracts, and NDAs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with licensing structures.
• Strong knowledge of corporate structuring in multinational settings.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
