Product Marketing Manager, Creator Shopping Platform - Remote

In Short

• Plan and execute high-impact launches for our influencer and shopper communities.
• Collaborate to define positioning statements and messaging for products, apps and key features.
• Initiate product campaigns that are appropriate for different segments of influencers as retention support.
• Own assigned relationships of product managers and launching their products/features/enhancements.
• Plan, write and distribute short-form and long-form content that helps acquire, retain and grow the LTK influencer base.
• Own all long-form education course content for retention of Creators for digital and in-person events.
• Develop sales materials including sales decks, datasheets, ROI calculators, battle cards, etc.
• Monitor competition and assess features/benefits to make recommendations for LTK.
• Utilize insights to measure, monitor and optimize the success of product marketing programs, content and campaigns.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and evangelist for marketing, sales and service as it relates to LTK.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience launching & scaling consumer apps, products, or services for global consumer and/or media brands.
• Influencer, influencer marketing, or content discovery in-app experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in growing consumer businesses through sustained customer engagement.
• Deep, established proficiency in storytelling and narrative-building.
• Expertise knitting together a broad range of customer listening posts and data sources.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, PR, and creative functions.
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency.
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
