In Short

  • Help build new relationships and win new business across the US.
  • Perform lead generation and qualification for the field sales organization.
  • Introduce our Learning and Performance Management Solution to new clients.
  • Contact prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Partner with sales leadership and marketing for targeted campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries to determine suitability to Bridge.
  • Log activities and maintain Salesforce updates.
  • Follow up with prospects after marketing events or campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly qualified opportunity quotas.
  • Provide regular forecasts and market insights.

Requirements

  • Hard working and self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Open to feedback and development.
  • 1-2+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience selling software products and services.
  • Ability to learn complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
