Finance Manager (FTC) - Remote

Overview

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in supporting several LTG SaaS and services businesses, collaborating closely with senior leadership and managing various finance processes.

In Short

• Act as a Business Partner to the COO and MDs.
• Oversee income statement and third-party commission expenses.
• Provide financial planning and analysis support.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances.
• Support M&A activities and due diligence preparation.
• Collaborate with financial accounting teams for reporting improvement.
• Develop insights on business performance and spend effectiveness.
• Prepare executive management presentations.
• Assist with audit support as needed.
• Recommend improvements in current practices.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in tech.
• Experience with M&A processes.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite 2.0.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate complex environments.
• Experience presenting to multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
