Bilingual Salesforce Data Quality Assistant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Salesforce Data Quality Assistant to support a defined 3-month remote project focused on the review and remediation of customer and financial records. The successful candidate will be responsible for systematically reviewing large volumes of data, cross-referencing entries against supporting PDF documentation (including customer records and invoices), and ensuring that information held within our systems is accurate, complete, and consistent.

In Short

• Review large datasets within Excel or Google Sheets, examining records on a line-by-line basis.
• Open, review, and interpret supporting PDF documentation, including customer records and invoices.
• Identify and correct discrepancies, missing information, and duplicate records.
• Escalate ambiguous or unusual cases to the project lead.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and outstanding items.
• Deliver consistent quality and productivity throughout the contract.

Requirements

• Demonstrable attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to follow established processes accurately and consistently.
• Strong written communication skills in a remote working environment.
• Commitment to the confidential handling of information.
• Capacity to work independently and manage productivity.
