Overview

InEvent is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to provide support to InEventers with HR-related matters and who is fascinated by building a hiring pipeline process.

In Short

  • Serve as an advisor in all matters of employee relations and engagement.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment within a broad and complex portfolio of business roles.
  • Play a key role in forecasting and planning conversations, leading recruitment-related projects.
  • Interview, evaluate, and match skilled professionals to InEvent requirements.
  • Prepare monthly recruitment reports.
  • Maintain accurate HR/personnel records and manage the HRIS.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams for social media management.
  • Develop candidate-facing communication on social media and job recruitment sites.
  • Assist in people management processes such as onboarding and performance management.

Requirements

  • Must speak English and Portuguese fluently.
  • 2+ years experience in HR roles, focusing on employee relations and branding.
  • Experience with HRIS.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience with hiring.
  • Creative thinking for innovative employer brand initiatives.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows) and a mobile device (iOS or Android).
