• Play a pivotal role in building an eCommerce experience for veterinarians and dog owners.
• Drive architecture and development efforts across the tech stack.
• Balance high-velocity execution against long-term platform scalability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Toggle between hands-on coding, architectural planning, and strategic discussions.
• Ensure the platform meets or exceeds agreed SLAs.
• Develop and support internal tools for clinical research teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years software development experience, with at least 4 years in technical leadership roles.
• Strong full-stack coding abilities with modern TypeScript/React frameworks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Able to articulate key business drivers effectively.
• Experience shepherding a product through rapid scaling.
• Career spent using modern tooling and techniques.
• Vercel/Next.js experience is a plus.
• eCommerce experience is a plus.
