The Social Media Manager will be responsible for servicing content to millions of followers, strategizing content pieces, and growing one of the largest Hip-Hop brands on social media.

• Upload 15+ posts daily on social accounts.
• Engage with the community through comments.
• Collaborate with Sales for timely campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends.
• Create high-quality graphics using Photoshop.
• Work with the Graphic Design team for optimized content.
• Analyze data to improve content strategy.

• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in managing TikTok accounts.
• Basic graphic design skills in Photoshop.
• Understanding of journalism guidelines.
• Passion for Hip-Hop and music culture.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong writing skills.
• Experience in creating sellable social content (nice to have).
• Editorial experience (nice to have).
• Data interpretation skills (nice to have).
• Experience in the music industry (nice to have).
