In Short

• Pitch and write stories that align with RapTV’s voice and audience.
• Submit 10 content pitches per week.
• Write 3 assigned articles weekly with clean, on-brand writing.
• Monitor trending topics to identify story opportunities.
• Make data-informed decisions to enhance content engagement.
• Apply feedback to improve future assignments.
• Communicate clearly with the editorial lead about progress.
• Familiarity with hip-hop culture and audience-favorite artists.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with social media content adaptation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in freelance writing or content creation.
• Experience publishing for web and/or social-first brands.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of journalism standards.
• Deep fluency in Gen Z internet behavior.
