Overview

The Specialist Technician provides field support to Lease Operations, R&D, and OEM Customers globally, focusing on successful field operations tests while ensuring minimal disruption to daily activities.

In Short

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PLC and HMI systems.
  • Lead teams in upgrade and overhaul projects.
  • Utilize Rockwell Automation software for diagnostics.
  • Train and mentor field technicians.
  • Analyze performance indicators to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Design and deliver training programs for customers.
  • Maintain certifications and stay updated in the field.
  • Travel extensively for on-site support.
  • Document technical reports and job performance.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in relevant fields.
  • 5+ years of experience with PLC and HMI software.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with Rockwell Software and Microsoft SQL.
  • Ability to work with various communication networks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Software Engineering.
  • Preferred: Programming experience with C#, HTML, JavaScript.
