Production Partner - Remote

Overview

The Production Partner will assist loan officers in developing complete loan application files, ensuring all submissions meet quality expectations to increase efficiency and quality of the sales team loan pipeline.

• Review incoming application packages for completeness.
• Compile and organize compliance documents.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of mortgage experience preferred.
• Experience in a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills with clients and loan officers.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to learn new software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
