• Licensed Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers are assured company-provided qualified leads.
• Communicates professionally and clearly to clients when explaining reverse mortgages.
• Calls on prospective clients and qualifies them for counseling sessions and applications.
• Collects pertinent information from clients and originates Reverse Mortgages.
• Explains to clients over the phone how to complete applications.
• Maintains timely and accurate records of all customer activity within our CRM Velocify.
• Uses a computer proficiently.
• Maintains licensing requirements.
• Excellent customer service and follow-up.
