Overview

The Global Service Desk Analyst will provide tier I support for IT and communications systems, ensuring a high level of service excellence while working with a diverse team across Canada.

In Short

  • Provide tier I support for IT and communications systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a service desk or help desk role.
  • Fluent in Spanish in a professional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proven troubleshooting and resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage high stress situations.
  • Ability to establish rapport with colleagues.
  • Proven customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts.
