Overview

As a Global Service Desk Analyst at Long View, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting IT and communications systems for clients across the globe.

In Short

  • Provide tier I support for IT and communications systems.
  • Document customer issues in a ticket management system.
  • Analyze symptoms and determine urgency for issue resolution.
  • Dispatch incidents to Tier II support when necessary.
  • Assist with internal and external escalations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Work with a diverse team servicing clients globally.
  • Fluent in French, both written and verbal.
  • Adapt to fluctuating customer needs.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Fluent in French in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in French.
  • Proven troubleshooting abilities.
  • Capability to manage high-stress situations.
  • Able to establish rapport with peers.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • ITIL Incident Management understanding.
  • A+ Certification preferred.
