The client is looking for a customer-service-oriented Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support to users, delivering efficient and accurate support via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional industry.
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Desktop/Laptop hardware support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
