Senior Software Engineer: DevOps - Remote

In Short

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure for our enterprise GRC SaaS product.
• Focus on AWS infrastructure management.
• Engage in developing new solutions and maintaining existing infrastructures within AWS.
• Use Terraform for infrastructure automation and management.
• Work with GitLab CI/CD for deployment and operations.
• Collaborate on containerized environments using Docker.
• Develop internal tools using Golang and Python.
• Implement monitoring and logging frameworks with Datadog.
• Monitor AWS costs and optimize savings.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with 3+ years in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Gitlab, Go, Datadog.
• Proven track record of AWS infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of security best practices for infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Terraform and containerization with Docker.
• Experience with Git CLI and CI/CD processes using GitLab.
• Strong background in observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience programming in Golang and/or Python.
• Ability to manage costs and optimize AWS usage.
• Experience in SaaS or Financial Services is preferred.
