Overview

The Commercial Credit Analyst II will serve as a primary underwriter for Locus’s real estate and small business lending activities in the Department of Underwriting. This role involves analyzing and assessing risk on various types of transactions, primarily loans and lines of credit.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of credit underwriting and financial analysis experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • Experience with financial statement spreading software.
  • Experience analyzing commercial and small business loans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Understanding of accounting and loan structuring.
