Requirements

• 3 years' experience in credit analysis.
• Experience with CRM software in the mortgage industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial loans.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of income calculations.
• Understanding of lending policies and compliance.
• Ability to analyze economic and industry factors.
• Familiarity with risk assessment techniques.
