Overview

The Director of Partnership Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for driving growth through two critical channels: our existing customer base and our partner ecosystem. This dual-focus role requires a high-level strategist who can build loyalty and expansion within our customer base while simultaneously developing and executing co-marketing strategies with strategic partners to drive mutual revenue growth.

• Create partner enablement assets for partner sales teams.
• Manage relationships with marketing peers at partner organizations.
• Develop customer lifecycle marketing strategies to increase retention.
• Build a world-class customer advocacy program.
• Oversee consistent customer communication across various channels.
• Partner with Customer Success to enhance onboarding and adoption.
• 5-7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional narrative-building and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience managing budgets and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building co-marketing relationships.
• Deep understanding of B2B customer journeys and advocacy programs.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
