Overview

Loaf is seeking a creative, interior obsessed and highly organised Head of Visual Content to produce engaging photography and videography while collaborating with various teams to enhance the brand's visual presence.

In Short

• Oversee end-to-end creative production for multiple campaigns.
• Manage budgets and approvals for the Studio and Brand & Content departments.
• Lead art direction for photography and videography projects.
• Research market trends and inspire the team with best practices.
• Collaborate with creative and brand teams on social media ideas.
• Ensure proper usage of visual assets across the business.
• Review performance of the Creative Producer and support their development.
• Work on long-term content strategies with senior management.
• Manage the visual content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of visual content.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in production and art direction.
• Portfolio showcasing creative content.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to adapt content strategies based on performance data.
• Previous managerial experience is required.
