Training Lead / Implementation Trainer – Government SaaS Systems (Salesforce) - Remote

Overview

The Training Lead is responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to end users and system administrators during the implementation of Salesforce-based government systems. This role ensures staff are confident using the platform and that training aligns with agency workflows, documentation, and user roles.

In Short

• Deliver live and recorded Train-the-Trainer and End User sessions (onsite or virtual)
• Develop tailored training content using SOPs, business process maps, and real system scenarios
• Facilitate role-based training across multiple functional areas (e.g. Finance, Program, CSA, Admin)
• Create and manage quick reference guides, walkthrough decks, and follow-up materials
• Provide hands-on walkthroughs for sandbox training environments
• Answer system questions during training sessions and direct post-training follow-ups to the correct teams
• Support the rollout of LMS content, SCORM files, and training assessments
• Coordinate logistics for training days in partnership with the PM team and customer stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years experience developing and delivering software training for public-sector customers
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise systems
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both technical and non-technical users
• Familiarity with local government workflows and terminology a plus
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and training documentation tools
• Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM files a strong plus
• Willingness to travel for onsite training delivery as needed
