In Short

• Manage HR process and product operations in PeopleSoft.
• Support functional customers in Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
• Partner with subject matter experts to enhance business processes.
• Perform complex analysis to improve system performance.
• Serve as the Product Owner for assigned applications.
• Write test plans and conduct test cases for system changes.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement project teams.
• Train and mentor others in product development and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Significant experience in business process analysis.
• Experience in developing documentation and training materials.
• Proficient in writing requirements and conducting test cases.
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
